Adobe is capitalizing on the understanding that great ideas can show up anywhere, with the invention of their new touch applications for digital sketchpads. The first app that caught my attention was Adobe Ideas. Not only do I want the app, but also an ipad to use it with. Paper notebooks are great, but everyone knows that the world is moving in a digital direction. Adobe Ideas allows you to use creative suite methods to capture ideas anywhere you go, and easily share them with others. Adobe has it right when they say The world is your studio. I'm all for keeping creative methods of the past alive. I'm all about hand drawn everything and sketching out my ideas in my spiral notebook. But i know that it's not realistic to think that I can continue to use these methods and expect to keep up with my competitors in design and advertising. While switching straight from hand-drawn to creative suite might be a little too difficult to tackle, I think Adobe's touch apps offer the perfect transition opportunity.
